Quality management system

The policy of Energocomplekt JSC in the field of quality is aimed at continuous improvement of the enterprise and, as a result, high quality of products and services provided.

One of the steps in the implementation of this policy was the creation of a quality management system (QMS) at the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001, as well as the international standard ISO 9001:2000. In 2006, a certification audit was carried out, during which the Company’s Quality Management System confirmed compliance with the requirements of these standards and received the relevant certificates.

In 2015, the QMS of Energocomplekt JSC once again confirmed compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and received:

• certificate of conformity in the system GOST ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001:2008), (Reg.No ROSS.RU.13SK03.00427, valid until 22.05.2027);
• certificate of Conformity of the International QMS Certification Network (IQNet), (Reg. No RU - 13SK03.00427, valid until 22.05.2027);
• certificate of Conformity of the Italian Accreditation Association ACCREDIA (Reg. No 02.060.15, valid until 22.05.2027).

They cover the following areas:

• Installation, commissioning, analysis, testing, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, machines and devices.
• Production and supply:
  • Excitation systems for large electric motors and generators;
  • Power units;
  • Excitation systems for turbine generators, hydro generators, synchronous compensators;
  • Management and regulation equipment;
  • Converters with power capacity over 5 kW;
  • Complete electric drive control devices for power stations and substations;
  • Complete devices for control and protection of stationary diesel generators;
• Works on design, examination, consulting:
  • Design work for industrial technological processes and production;
  • Engineering works carried out in the process of construction of buildings and installation of equipment, namely, chief installation of electrical equipment, machines and devices;
  • Advising and expertise of projects in the field of creation of technical means and development of technologies.

The development of the quality management system and the organization as a whole is a continuous process. Compliance with the company's QMS is checked by certification bodies during annual inspection audits.
