Purpose of the automated control system of the HDP
Automated control system of main ventilation fan - ACS GVU is designed to ensure the effective operation of the complex in accordance with the technological scheme of the equipment, measurement of technological parameters (supply and pressure) and continuous monitoring of the fans.
Purpose of system:
- for intended use as a finished product for a certain automation object - HVU;
- to stabilize the specified modes of the technological process by controlling technological parameters, visual representation, issuing control actions on actuators, both in automatic mode and as a result of operator actions;
- to determine emergency situations at technological nodes by interviewing sensors connected to ICS in automatic mode, analyzing measured values, and switching technological nodes to a safe state by issuing control actions on actuators in automatic mode, or on the initiative of operational personnel.
The key criterion for the quality of ICS operation is the stability of the specified characteristics of the technological process, taking into account emergency protection for all equipment components.

System operating modes
ICS ensures the work of the HDP without the constant presence of service personnel with registration and archiving of controlled parameters.
The operating modes of the HDP are direct and reverse, in direct mode the air is sucked out of the mine, in reverse mode the air is supplied to the mine. Starting the fan is possible only after bringing into operation all devices that ensure normal start and operation of the unit in the selected mode.
In case of malfunctions that do not necessitate emergency shutdown of the running fan (for example, when the maximum performance or depression of the fan is automatically turned on the low voltage reserve, etc.), light and audible warning signals are provided without stopping the working unit.
When transferring the switch of operating modes at the operator station of the HVU operator to “automatic”, the installation management is delegated to the mine dispatcher in terms of turning on the HVU in reverse mode when using the submarine. In all other modes, the control of the HVU occurs from the operator's station.
The mnemonic circuit at the operator station in the control mine and on the process server is identical to the mnemonic circuit on the HDP, and is implemented in a separately opening window. Information about the work of the HDP is transmitted through the general information network to the common technological server of the mine.
The HDP ICS provides the following operating modes:
- locally unlocked (repaired);
- automated remote from the premises of the operator GVU;
- automated remote from the central control room of the mine.
In the local mode, technological personnel manage individual units with the help of local authorities. The local regime is designed for repair and adjustment works, as well as for maintenance of equipment.
In an automated remote mode from the operator's HVU, the operator controls the HVU with the operator's ARM, with the prohibition of control actions from the central control room.
In automated remote mode from the central dispatching control is made from the ARM of the mining dispatcher of the mine, in the volume required by the mining dispatcher, with the prohibition of control actions from the operator GVU.
The transition from one type of control to another is made without stopping the working fan unit.
Control of all fan installation systems is carried out in automatic or manual mode from the central control room, operator, at the place of installation of control systems.
Control in the operator’s office is carried out from the workplace of the operator (computer) or, in case of failure of the computer, from the graphic touch panel on the automation cabinet installed in the same room.
Fan control is carried out from the workplace (computer) of the fan operator and / or from the central control mine from the dispatcher's computer equipped with a human-machine interface system.
This system allows you to control all the necessary parameters and ensure full control of the mechanisms of the fan from the operator, and the dispatcher continuously monitors the operation of all fan systems, the operation of the operator, and, if necessary, intervene in the operation of the automation system.
The cabinets of the automation system are located in the operator’s room and are equipped with a touch screen for full-scale control of the fan room, in case of failure of the controller’s and operator’s computers.
In case of failure of the computers of the dispatcher and operator, the controller of the automation system, the break of the industrial data bus, local control of all fan mechanisms is possible. To do this, the control cabinets of auxiliary mechanisms are equipped with a switching handle "Local - remote", when installed in the "local" position, full control of the corresponding unit is possible - fan, oil station, valve, etc.
