Purpose of Topas packing machine

The machine is able to produce bags from a sleeve single-layer and multilayer film, fill them with a given amount of product, and seal the upper edge of the bag in one stroke of the machine.

TOPAS^®it can be supplied in variants of different performance, so the ideal machine can be selected to meet the requirements of the customer for packaging, from the smallest to the largest volumes of bulk products.

Due to the extended size range, weights from 5 kg to 50 kg can be filled - depending on the product density and equipment specification.

Changing the product and sleeve film for packaging is simple and fast. There is no need to change parts of the machine, while all the necessary machine settings are performed automatically.

The compact design of the machine requires a minimum of space and, depending on the specific requirements of the customer, can be supplied in a stationary or mobile version (on rails or wheels) to fill bags from different pipelines or different bunkers.

The machine guarantees the receipt of durable bags of stable shape, reducing the consumption of packaging material to the minimum, and as a result, the minimum cost of packaging each bag.

dust cleaning station for durable welding of bags with dusty product (optional);
output conveyor with a device for shaking bags;
integrated control panel for packing machine and electronic dosing scales.

The machine comes fully assembled and tested, which guarantees quick installation and start of the packaging machine. The design of the machine provides large windows to monitor each operation. Security doors provide convenient access to machine units for cleaning and maintenance.
