Maintenance of URP
Within the framework of the service agreement, remote control of the main technological parameters of URP is carried out from the service center of Energocomplekt JSC (by modem or via the Internet), technical support by phone, annual on-site maintenance of URP is provided.
Energocomplekt JSC provides service to both its own production plants and third-party foreign manufacturers.
Remote access from the service center
With the help of the modem ARM Operator URP connects to the service computer of the company. The connection can be both permanent (via the Internet) and periodic (through a modem, according to a set schedule, for example, monthly).
The main technological parameters of the SCADA system accumulated in the archive are monitored remotely (analyzer indications, level, flow rate, pressure, temperature).
Remote maintenance of URP is made from the service center of Energocomplekt JSC (St. Petersburg).
The connection is made by means of (options are determined by the technical capabilities of the Customer):
- internet (through the local network of the enterprise);
- wired modem (through the telephone network of the enterprise);
- gSM modem.
On-site service
Within the framework of the contract, technological verification of the URP, verification of electrical systems and systems of the ACSTP, etc. is carried out. Upon completion of the work, reports are made on the results of service:
- on carrying out maintenance works;
- on the calibrations carried out;
- measurements;
- the deficiencies identified;
- possible security problems;
- remarks on the reliability of the installation.
If necessary, within the framework of the service contract, Energocomplekt JSC can deliver the necessary spare parts and consumables.
Modernization of URP of third-party manufacturers
In case of non-compliance with modern requirements for the effectiveness of third-party manufacturers, Energocomplekt JSC can carry out an inspection of the installation. After the evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness, a conclusion is issued. Modernization of the URP of third-party manufacturers is carried out on the basis of the technical specification, taking into account modern safety requirements and environmental requirements.
