Назначение линии пакетоформирования MOLLERS
Линия пакетоформирования по поддонной схеме, производства MOLLERS (Германия), поставленная АО «Energocomplekt» на нефтехимический завод ОАО «Салаватнефтеоргсинтез», предназначена для укладки мешков на поддоны и упаковки сформированных поддонов в термоусадочную пленку. Базовый тип автоматов для укладки груза на поддонах PLS 1200. Номинальная производительность 45 поддонов/час (1200 мешков/час).

Composition
The line comprises:
- receiver belt conveyor;
- metal detector for rejecting bags containing metal inclusions;
- control scales for rejecting bags with the wrong weight;
- inkjet printer for printing on the sidewalls of bags,
- transporter (sorting machine) for removal for bags with the wrong weight in one direction and with metal in the other direction;
- inclined conveyor with a tampering device;
- automatic stacker;
- roller transporter for transporting stacked pallets to the packaging machine;
- roller transporter for transporting packed pallets to the unloading zone;
- electrical control for palletization;
- set of cables and cable channels.
The automatic stacker shall include:
- special turning system;
- clock tape device;
- layer-to-centering device;
- pallet lift and transporter;
- plate for forming the layer;
- empty pallet shop;
- service area.
Additional equipment and materials
- programming device, Siemens company;
- ZIP (approximately 5% of the cost of equipment);
- standard documentation with translation into russian;
- protective fences around the equipment.
