Purpose of sealing plate
When pouring light oil products into railway tanks, it is necessary to seal the neck of the railway tank to reduce the release of vapors of the poured product into the atmosphere. Blowing sealing devices distributed abroad ensure tightness only if there are no elements inside the neck.
To work with the necks of domestic railway tanks (Russian, Soviet production), they are unacceptable and therefore flat sealing elements are used to seal domestic tanks.
Our company has designed and produces a sealing plate (PU), for sealing the neck of a railway tank when filling.
The sealing plate PU-UHL1 (factory designation ECRF 0427.00.000 SB) is designed to ensure the tightness of the filling of light oil products.
The main technical data of the PU-UHL1 sealing plate:
1. The internal diameter of the neck of the tank is 460...580 mm.
2. Climatic performance U (moderate climate) category of accommodation 1 according to GOST 15150-69.

The plate sealing the filling system is a stainless steel bearing plate to which a sealing gasket of oil-resistant rubber is attached from the bottom.
The PU-UHL1 sealing plate is introduced at AUTN ELIN LLC LUKOIL-Volgogradneftepererabotka and ensures the seal tightness when filling light oil products into tanks of types: 15-869, 15-C862, 15-1566-02, 15-972, 15-1672, 15-871.
To order the sealing plate, it is necessary to specify the design parameters of the mounting unit of the sealing system.
