Purpose of the HRCS frequency converter EK-AV6
The frequency converter (EK-SPCHS-180-380T-UHL4) is designed for multi-stage acceleration of a group of synchronous hysteresis motors from zero to nominal rotation speed with a 4-fold excess of the load consumption from the nominal active power.
Converter EC-SHRS-180-380T-UHL4 provides automatic and manual operation with forced magnetization of the material drive disks SRS load followed by reduced output voltage (up to 30%) and long-term work in this mode.
The EK-SPCHS-180-380T-UHL4 cabinet is connected to the 1st category of power supply, and can also work with the SRS in 4 load groups and software provides modes:
- Acceleration of the load to the rated speed of rotation (depending on the size of the sections) with steps in frequency and voltage:
- 775Hz/190B; 1550Hz/300B; 1550Hz/380B;
- 850Hz/190B; 1700Hz/300B; 1700Hz/380B. - Capture and acceleration of the load when running to the frequency, Hz - at least 1000;
- Programmable load power, kW, no more than:
- Depending on the amount of SRS:
- in the mode of acceleration of small sections - 180;
- in the acceleration mode of large sections - 360;
- in synchronicity of small sections - 90;
- in synchronicity of large sections - 180. - The nature of the load is active-inductive.
Standard cabinet EC-SHRS-180-380T-UHL4 is made in the climatic version of the UHL and the placement category 4 with the following climatic factors:
- ambient temperature from 0 to +40 ° C (can be increased upon request);
- height above sea level up to 1000 m;
- relative humidity not more than 80% at a temperature of +25 ° C.
According to the operating conditions in terms of mechanical factors, the EK-SPCHS-180-380T-UHL4 cabinet has a mechanical group M39, while the acceleration of the vibration of the floor of the room should not be more than 2.5 m / sec2 at frequencies in the range from 0.5 to 100 Hz, the degree of rigidity is 8. The degree of protection of the cabinet is IP43 (can be increased) according to GOST 14254-96.
Composition
The EC-SHRS-180-380T-UHL4 cabinet is a structurally finished unit with water cooling of the power unit. As standard, it includes a HRC, an input current limiting and output reactor, a power terminal series and a control signal input terminal series (Phoenix Contact, Germany), automatic switches (General Electric) for the protection of SRS and logical control circuits.
Control and alarm systems are installed on the cabinet door (various variants of elements are possible depending on the customer’s requirements). For the placement of all elements used cabinets Areta (Italy) or Rittal (Germany).
