In Zedemuden water canal the first high-frequency converter (EK-AV6-1.25-AF-I10, 1250W 10kV) produced by JSC "Energocomplekt" was put into operation.

In August 2008 there was a working visit of JSC "Energocomplekt" representatives to the Republic of Bulgaria. The phase of negotiations is currently undergoing to further the establishment of business relations with the Bulgarian side and the supply of products in the enterprise in Bulgaria.

Following the meeting of the Expert Council for technology-innovative special economic zones (SEZ) there were approved 30 projects of the business plan of organizations - potential residents of technology-innovative SEZ.
